Spoke with Alex. She said the staff was polite but she was not satisfied with the overall experience at this business. She said the cover for the engine was not snapped on all the way and the back tail light was not working when she left. She had to take it back two times until they got it taken care of. They also did not fix the alignment on the vehicle. She brought it up to them but no one has done anything to fix it.
