Spoke with Pat. She said this business took care of everything for her. Everything was pretty seamless. She did not have to do anything. There was a glitch in the payment but that was because of the insurance company. They handled that very professionally. The took three days longer than expected. That was due to the weather and they had no control over it. They informed her frequently during the repair. That was great and she did not expect that from them. That has never happened before with this kind of experience.
