Spoke with Melissa. She said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because there were a few repairs left out. She was unsure of which items were not repaired but is still waiting for one of them. She called this business about a week ago and they said they would contact her the next day but she still has not heard from them. Her vehicle was ready a day or two later than promised and she was unsure of the reason for the delay. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition. There was dust from the sanding, they did not clean up the areas they worked on and the outside of the vehicle was not clean. They told her they were going to detail the vehicle after the repair but they did not and she detailed the vehicle herself. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned and she was very dissatisfied with their customer service. She had to call this business for updates and information on the vehicle.
