Amy said they told her the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday, but no one called her. She drove to the business to pick the vehicle up and when she got there she was told they had to order an additional part and that the vehicle would not be ready when they expected. They told her the vehicle would be ready the next day at 4:00 pm, but the work was not finished until 5:00 pm. She was upset and she wanted to tell them about it, but Roger was not listening and he was talking over her. She said Roger then hung up the phone on her. The customer service was horrendous. The quality of the work was fine. Amy said she would not recommend this business based on this experience.
