Patrice said everything was fine and the visit went smoothly. She said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. There was a two day delay because they found more work that needed to be done. She was alright with it. She said her vehicle wasn't entirely returned in a clean condition. They only washed part of her vehicle but she expected them to have washed the whole thing.
