Nadeem said he was told the repair would be completed in 4 or 5 days, but the work took 17 days because there was a parts delay. The right rear wheel is making a squeaking noise and he does not think the vehicle was aligned after it was repaired. The vehicle had to be returned recently to have the rim color applied, so everything was not completed during the first visit. He had to have a rental vehicle for longer than expected and he is not sure if the cost was picked up by the insurance company. He would not recommend them based on this experience.
