Kevin said he was not very happy with some of the work they did. His expectations were not met and he was disappointed with the results. There are some things that still need to be fixed but he will not be taking his vehicle back to this business. The bumper repair and the paint work performed was fine, but there were 3 things that were not repaired. This business was not able to find a certain part so he provided the parts in order to continue pursuing the repairs. He has a specific lighting system and they failed to put the bulbs he provided on any headlights. He also provided wiring for fog lights and those were not put on either. The technician said they were broken. He was also having issues with one of his wheels, it was making a lot of noise. They told him this was a normal problem, but his wheel was not squeaking before. He thought they were going to do what they said and repair it like it was before, but they did not. He is not comfortable with trying to get these issues resolved by this company. He is going to fix these issues himself. He had to wait 2 days longer than the promised time due to a parts delay. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.

Customer satisfaction and a positive experience for our customers is our primary concern, of course.  There are times when we fail to adequately communicate with a customer regarding a prior condition on the vehicle that limits our ability to correct that condition under the Insurance claim. It becomes especially challenging with regard to squeaks and creeks on older vehicles.  We at Kirmac are always willing to keep working on these issues with a customer and always invite customers to come back when the condition presents itself so we can help diagnose and take care of it if we can.  Sometimes these issues are a wear and tear item that we are able to provide a discounted rate to our customers in order to help them take care of the issues that are not relatable to the claim.
We have invited Kevin back in for us to try and help correct any issues present.
