Robyn said she did not notice it at first, but there is a small scratch on the vehicle door. Since it is a brand new door, she said she thinks it should have been fixed. She had to wait an additional week due to a parts delay. They vacuumed the inside of her vehicle and she really appreciated that. After her vehicle was ready, the hood was not fixed correctly so she had to pick it up the next day.
