Spoke with Mr. B. He said they put the wrong clip on the rail bed of the truck. They snipped the tag and replaced it with a smaller one, instead of replacing the rail bed. They are aware of the issue and he will be bringing the vehicle back in soon. He was not completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because there was some miscommunication between them and the business. There was an issue about what was covered under his insurance.
