Jayanta said his vehicle looks perfect. This business fixed his vehicle quickly. He was not satisfied with the way the insurance handled his rental car claim. There was no reservation made under his name the day he dropped off his vehicle for repair. He had to wait for 2 hours. The insurance company did not communicate with the rental facility. It was embarrassing for him since the rental facility called him a couple of times for payment. It finally got resolved when he called the insurance company himself.
