Sanjay said he was not happy with the fact that he had to tell them about a few issues that weren't done when he picked up his vehicle. He chose not to go into details about them. The VIN number was covered with paint. They had his vehicle for three additional weeks and still didn't get the work done on time. He did not say why the vehicle was delayed. It took his effort to get the work completed. He also had to tell them to do a better job cleaning his vehicle.
