Pam said they didn't fix the vehicle the way they said they would. She was initially offered $1,000-1,500 instead of getting the repairs done. Then, they told her it would actually be $750. She took this offer and then changed her mind. They fixed her vehicle, but didn't get all of the dents. When she told them, they told her they could take out the dents, but were not going to repaint her vehicle. Also, the dents couldn't have happened with the vehicle backing into it, but they hadn't seen the other vehicle. She was upset, and mentioned Thoroughbred Collision Center and Geico must be in bed together with the scheme, so both businesses were sleazy. She was dissatisfied with the personnel from the very beginning. She mentioned Geico sends their customers to disreputable businesses.
