Shawn said that the business did an overall good job. He had problems in the beginning with getting what he wanted done to his vehicle by the business but once they were able to do the work, he was satisfied with how quick it got done. He said a glass chip service advisor couldn't find his vehicle in the business' lot because they gave them a wrong name, so he had to keep his rental vehicle for two additional days that he had to pay for. He said that the personnel were not professional. He would not recommend the business due to this experience.
