Don said the experience went well but he initially asked to make sure the rental vehicle provided was at a level comparable to his vehicle being serviced but it was not at first and had to be corrected after the fact. He mentioned the issue was corrected to his complete satisfaction. His vehicle was returned in a very clean condition. He was not satisfied with the insurance company because he specifically requested they pay this business directly but he was sent the check.
