Dennis said they hooked up his window washer stuff all wrong. When he pushed the the back button they all came on and when he pushed the front button nothing came on. He called them and they told him to bring it in. They said they could fix it but it would take 2 hours. It works now, but it took 2 trips. He wasn't pleased with that. He was impressed that it only took 2 weeks to repair. It cost $5,100. He said he thought that was rather expensive.
