Carl said he had a problem with Hertz rental company. He said they picked him up from the mall and took him to this business. Then the driver told him she was taking him back to the mall to pick up the rental vehicle. He said the trip there was 10 miles away. The driver told him that the rental vehicle had a full tank of gas and that he had to make sure it was full when he returned it. When he got the rental vehicle the gas tank was not full, so he only put two gallons of gas in the rental vehicle when he returned it. He said Hertz is 10 miles away from this business and it wasn't convenient because there are two other rental vehicle businesses that are closer to this facility. He said they should consider contracting with a rental business that is much closer to them.
