Sarah said she had to take her vehicle back to this business three times before her vehicle was actually fixed. They put a rusty wheel on her vehicle, so when she went to pick the vehicle up she had to leave it. She said the vehicle was ready three days late because they found additional damage. She is unsure if her vehicle was clean when they returned it because someone else picked it up for her. She never went to the business, so she cannot evaluate the appearance of the facility. The insurance company should have checked the rusty wheel for her so she didn't have to bring her vehicle back. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
