Linda said when she picked her vehicle up the hood did not fit properly. She called the business and they scheduled her a new appointment and she brought her vehicle in. They tweaked the hood and told her that was all they could do. She said she felt they were way too busy. She said she owed them money and they called her at a later time to remind her, but they did not even realize while she was there that she needed to pay and she had to make another trip to the business.
