Pavan said the whole customer service experience at this business was professional. He said he felt the paint was a little darker than the original paint job but he feels it will be ok over time. His vehicle was not returned to him clean but he did not elaborate. He feels the insurance company could have communicated better. There was a gap in the communication for 2-3 weeks but it eventually was ok.
