Spoke with Kandy's husband. He said he took his vehicle in to have the window replaced but this business ended up doing more damage to the vehicle than it had when he took it in. He had to take it back to them so they could repair it. He did not have any paint work performed. His vehicle was not ready as promised for the reasons mentioned. They did not clean his vehicle but instead left glass all over the inside. He did not interact with the staff because his wife handled everything. They told him it would be 5 days before an adjuster could get there because they couldn't drive from Lynnwood to Issaquah, which is a 30 minute drive. They told him if he went through their business, they would have a tow truck out to him the next day. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned. He is not satisfied with the whole experience at this business and with the insurance company experience. He took his vehicle back 2 weeks ago so they could fix the issue and he has not gotten it back.
