Spoke with Joseph. He said there was a misunderstanding with Danielle. He went to this business and got an estimate because he wanted to pay out of pocket instead of filing an insurance claim. The estimate he was given reflected a discount. He decided to go through the insurance company because he could not afford it. The quote that he was given was no longer valid because he was not paying out of pocket. He would have liked if Danielle would have called him to inform him that the quote was not valid. The repair took a day longer because of an issue with the paint.
