Scott said he was not happy with his overall experience because he needed a new grill for his black and red vehicle and this business put a chrome grill on it, which did not match. He checked this businesses ratings online and it was rated at a 2.5 with comments saying customers have to come back to get work redone on the vehicles. Before he had any work done he spoke with Jeff the manager and informed him he read the reviews online and wanted to give the business a chance anyway. He told them he wanted the repairs done correctly the first time. Jeff reassured him and guaranteed the work would be done right the first time. His vehicle was not ready when promised because when he picked it up he had a chrome grill and had to leave it at the business. He received a call from the business telling him they were getting ready to detail his vehicle but when he came to pick it up it was not cleaned. He was not happy with the courtesy or professionalism of the personnel because they were very rude to him. He would not recommend this business because of what he already stated.
