Andrea said they did not blend the paint work like they usually do to make it look like the rest of the vehicle, and then tried to convince her that is how it is supposed to be. Also, the weather seal around her door is more damaged than when she took it in. It is now falling off and she has to try a few times before she can get the door closed which wasn't an issue before. The mechanical bottom on her door handle was not popped back out, they popped it out right in front her when she told them and said it was as good as new but it is not. Her vehicle was ready a day later than promised because they were finishing up and had to detail the vehicle. Her vehicle was still not completely clean. There was glue and spider webs on her door, plus a bunch of dirt on the rear passenger door. She was satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism up until yesterday when she told them about the issues and the guy accused her of trying to get more work out of them for free when she would not do that to them. They are willing to fix the issues but she will not be recommending this business for the reasons mentioned.
