Mathew said the business washed his vehicle for him and that was pretty cool. The business needs to find a balance or line between Geico's desire to expedite everything because it makes the business look less than they are, like they are cheap. Geico wants everything done with speed and fastness which he does not mind but it makes him question the quality and if it was done correctly and if they just rushed everything so quick.
