Elizabeth said the staff was supposed to assist her with an insurance issue, regarding a check engine warning light. They did not take care of the issue with the insurance company. As a result, she was advised to either bring the vehicle back or bring it to her own mechanic. As a result, she opted to take care of the check engine light issue herself. Otherwise, the staff performed a great job with the body work. Her vehicle was returned in an excellent clean condition.
