Mahesh said the work was good. There was no paint work. The communication with this business was not very good. They would not return her phone calls. She had to personally go down to the business to get any answers. She was the one calling the insurance company and getting the approval for the dollar amount. The insurance company was taking too long to get a hold of the business, and she said she felt she was the go-to guy. She said if the business improves their communication skills, she will return to them.
