James said he had a bad experience with the business. First of all, they did not know where his vehicle was and it was sitting at the business all the time. The brackets were ordered on a Friday and then the bumper had to be ordered. He was able to use his old bumper to go home. He had to call the business for updates. He will not be going back to this business again. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
