Michelle said they didn't knock her socks off but they did what needed to get done. She was not satisfied with the personnel because the attitude everyone at this business had was a little too casual. There was no sense of urgency. She had to be at work and had an appointment at 9. She said she had to wait 10 minutes after she arrived. She thought it could have went faster because she just wanted to get in and get out. She was not satisfied with the appearance of this business because it looked pretty ran down.
