Bad experience
This bodyshop was recommended to me by my insurance company Geico. Since I ended up with a bad experience here I partly blame Geico for sending me there. The expectation was that my car would come back looking as good as it was before the damage was sustained but that was far from what happened.

The repair estimate I was given was for 3 - 4 days. However, the necessary parts (replacement tail light) kept having one defect or the other. I'm not sure if this was the fault of the bodyshop or the dealer/parts supplier they were working with but at the end of the day I was unhappy as the customer.

It is always a flag if a body shop has to "sell their repairwork" which is exactly what this location did to me. They installed an aftermarket tail light which didn't fit well and tried to "sell me the repairwork" saying it was ok. I rejected this as going against the original expectation of having the car look like it did before the damage was sustained. This being said we waited for a better tail light to arrive.

The worst part of the experience happened when I went to pick up my car on 02/21 with the understanding that I'd manage the current tail light and drive my car until a better one arrived (the expected 4 day repair work had already gone 2 weeks by this time). Upon inspection of my vehicle, I noticed that the shop had damaged a different part of my vehicle leading to some dents (probably due to something falling on the car in the shop). The managers seemed apologetic and offered to fix it for me at the shop's expense. We agreed that it would be fixed after the shop received a good tail light and when I would bring the car in for the tail light installation.

A good tail light arrived and I was scheduled to drop off my car on 03/13, which I did. I've just picked up my car today, 03/15, and to my utter disappointment, the shop has fixed the damage we had identified they had caused but yet again there is more damage on the car. And this time the shop is not taking ownership of it.

So as I mentioned earlier, this whole repair experience has been horrible for me and I'm just hoping I never again incur any damage to my car just so I don't have to go thru such an experience again.
