Spoke with Beverly. She said the air bag was not included in the estimate. She had to return two times and she had to initiate all the communication with this business to coordinate having the air bag repaired. There were difficulties with this business because they needed to arrange the air bag repair at the auto business she normally uses. She said the air bag was finally repaired properly. The vehicle was ready a little over a week late because the insurance company was not responsive. This business had to call her and have her contact the insurance company because the insurance company would not respond to them. She said she never saw the facility. She said the person she worked with was very nice to her.
