Spoke with Bridgette. She said it was really easy to deal with this business. She said she would have appreciated if they had kept in touch with her and if they had kept her informed, but she had to call them every four of five days to get updates. She knew they were waiting on parts, but she was not informed until she called. Her vehicle looks fine, but it has been raining, so she has not seen the paint job fully and she cannot evaluate it at this time. She said the personnel were extremely friendly and they took care of the entire rental process for her from beginning to end. They were great.
