Laura said this business provided excellent service and was very informative. She will be going back to this business because she noticed that when she drives over any bumps she can hear her axel rattling. She said when she uses her air conditioner she can hear a squeaking noise and the vehicle starts jerking but it did not start doing this until after the repairs were made. She also mentioned that her door handle is very sticky and this business had promised to order her a new one, but she did not receive a phone call regarding this information.
