Venessa said the actual work completed by the staff was great. It was really, really good. The repair service was 1 day late. She was not sure what the reason was for the cause of delay. However, the timeliness of her repair service was fine. The staff went above and beyond for the cleanliness of her vehicle. Venessa mentioned the front desk representative was not very helpful or customer friendly. The insurance carrier was hard to work with regarding the claim.
