Lorabeth said she is satisfied with the body work, but there is a gap in the rear bumper and she can tell the difference between the left and right side. She said it looks like they super buffed her vehicle, which left vertical scratches in the paint. She said she is a repeat customer and she has noticed that some staff members are not as courteous as they have been in the past, but Stephanie, the main receptionist was nice. She would like for the business to follow-up with their customers to let them know about the status of their vehicles. She said she would like them to save the remaining paint they use on the vehicles.
