Spoke with Kurt. He said the repair work was done fairly well. There was one lingering unspecified issue that was created by them trying to take a short cut. It didn't work so he needs to bring it back but he won't have time for about 2 weeks. The inside of the vehicle was cleaner than when he dropped it off which he appreciated. He said he feels like the front desk staff could use some softening, because if they are going to deal with people on a daily basis they shouldn't be so stern. He talked with Chris and he's not sure what his position is there but he seemed willing to handle and correct the issue.
