Qui said this business was very accomodating. The vehicle was half a day late because they were not satisfied with some of the work. This business did call to alert him to the delay. They also did more work than agreed upon, which he really appreciated and more than made up for the short delay. He complimented Richard, the manager, for his helpfulness.
