Jane said the facility was very helpful and stayed open a half hour late for the tow truck to arrive. She would have appreciated knowing the facility could have towed her instead of a different tow business but nobody mentioned it. The facility was very efficient, the staff was very courteous and her vehicle looks brand new. The insurance company should have known the facility could have towed her vehicle but they did not mention it and they made her pay for the daily rental vehicle which should have been covered by the other party who hit her vehicle.
