Spoke with Bruce. He said this business was excellent from start to finish. They were unable to get him in for a week and a half, but there was damage to the rear window and he was afraid that would cause more damage due to the rain. They asked him to be there at 11, when he got there everything was ordered. When he arrived for his appointment they were ready for him and put plastic over the back window so no rain would get in. He had to wait for the parts and was still going to use the vehicle so that was extremely important. They bent over backwards for him. When his daughter picked up the vehicle there was glass still in the carpet in the back. The representative went overboard, took it back and spent a half-hour more vacuuming and making sure everything was cleaned up. The paint matched and everything was perfect. A part was supposed to be on order but he may have not heard correctly. Katie, an employee, contacted him and the part had not been ordered so she put in the order immediately. Everything was taken care of, the staff was polite, courteous and very professional. They were the best and if all businesses were as professional it would be a better place.
