I was pleasantly surprised that the extensive amount of work was completed in a timely manner (1 day) and I was kept informed throughout the process. The total cost of the repair was provided before any work was done. With another “so-called”mechanic that I used to use, simple tasks would drag on for days and if I didn’t reach out for an update I would not get one. 3 Star Auto will be my go to shop for all of my future car related needs.
