Bought a new truck and took it to Tilden for oil change since I was taking out of town the next day. When I got home noticed I has oil in the driveway and called them immediately. Miss Ramirez said bring it in we're about to close so hurry. I live 20 miles from this location so wasn't that easy. The mechanic looked at it and said oh I forgot to tighten the bolt. Thank god I looked or I would have burned up my engine. No one gave so much as an apology. The $15 dollar oil changed turned into a $35 dollar oil change. All miss Ramirez said was oh, and sw for the owner. I do not recommend this place for anything. We pay these ppl to do this so we don't have to, shouldn't have to look over their work.
