"Coolant leak?"
I took my car to Cappys on Thursday, May 31st to have a coolant leak fixed. I didn't hear anything from them until i went in the following Monday. When I went in on this date they informed me that they had to special order a hose to fix the leak. The next day I stopped by to see how things were going. I was then informed that there was a power steering leak. This was Tuesday, June 5th. I still have had no communication as to what was being done to my vehicle, that wasn't initiated by me. After I was informed that there was a power steering leak on the 5th they told me they should have it fixed that day. At about 5PM on the 5th I called to see what was going on. I was informed they had fixed the power steering leak but they did not have the specific power steering fluid my vehicle requires. I waited until about 3PM on June 6th and called once again. I was then informed that they would not have the specific fluid until Friday June 7th. I was then so upset that I went in and just paid for whatever work had been done to the vehicle ($40). When I got the vehicle home I still have a coolant leak and about $40 less in my pocket. Not to mention almost one solid week without my vehicle. There was no communication on the part of Cappy's nor did I ever comfirm the work they were doing to my vehicle. Very Very dissapointed
