Joshua said everything pertaining to this experience was done way better than he had expected. When he picked up the vehicle it was spotless inside and out, which he stated was a very cool thing to do for the customer. He mentioned it was important the vehicle drove great and looked as if the bear had never been hit. He appreciated this business' ability to hold his vehicle for several days following repairs to accommodate his vacation plans.
