Mary said the business told her the vehicle would be repaired within two days but instead it was available a week later. The paint job was not up to their satisfaction. She had to continuously contact the business herself, without receiving many responses. Since the business had not contacted her back in regards to her vehicle's repairing time, her insurance company would not cover her full pay with her rental vehicle. She had to pay for an extended date on the rental vehicle. She wanted to go to her friend's business, originally, but they were so busy and her insurance company recommended this business instead.
