Andrea said this business does an excellent job. They are prompt and reassuring if there is a delay and they are accomodating to their customers' needs. This vehicle was ready a couple of days late because they found additional damage. This business called to inform her about the delay. She said she preferred to call the business personally for updates because she did not need frequent calls. She was satisfied with the communication she had with the business.
