Raymond said his driver's side window quit working before the accident. After the accident, all four windows quit working. He asked the business to repair the issue, regardless if it was related to the accident or not. The business ascertained that the issue with the windows was not related to the accident, but they did not fix it, like Raymond had asked them to do. They called and let him know his vehicle was ready and explained to him the switch on the windows was not related. Raymond is unhappy because they did not call him and inform him. He since has made arrangements to bring the vehicle back in to have the work performed.
