Toby said the business used an after market part that did not fit and had to be replaced. This issue delayed the repairs by 4 days. At delivery a gap between the bumper and the trunk was discovered. The representative told him he could return his vehicle to the business to have the issue resolved at his convenience. He said he thought the quality control measures the business uses should have caught this issue. He will return to the business to have the issue resolved either this week or next week. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because the final cost was $600 over. He would not recommend the business for reasons already stated.
