Erica said when she called the business she had to call 3 times to actually talk to someone. The business had her vehicle for 60 days for a dent that was not even huge. The business just replaced her fender, her tire and the rim. It took the business an additional 4 weeks to just put her vehicle back together. Her vehicle was 1 month late and she does not know why. Every time she called the business they told her that her vehicle was in line to be painted for 4 weeks. Her rental vehicle got cut off after 30 days. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call the business herself. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because when she got to the business to pick up her vehicle on a Monday it was not ready and she did not get a call back until Thursday 30 minutes before the business closed. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because of the reasons already stated. She stated she felt like Eric was lying to her because every time he gave her a time for her vehicle to be ready it was not ready. She was not satisfied with the business's communication and she would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
