Joanna said that her vehicle was two weeks later than promised. They said it was because they were backed up. She already had to wait a month to get an appointment, then it took this business three weeks to fix one little dent in the back of the vehicle. They did not keep her informed at all. She had to call this business numerous times and every time she called she could never find anyone that knew anything about her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate for reasons she did not wish to elaborate on. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel due to the fact that they did not seem to care about her, they just wanted her money and they will get to her vehicle when it’s convenient for them. She was not satisfied with the communication because she always had to call and they could not keep her updated about her vehicle. She would not recommend this business for all the reasons already mentioned and because the damage wasn't worth what she paid. She had to pay 900 dollars to fix a dent in the back. She hates this business and is considering giving her vehicle back. This business's word does not mean anything.
