Hongbum said he went to this business for additional service and there are spots from the paint. The lady who answers the phones did not do a very good job and he had to complain to the manager. His vehicle was about 2 or 3 days later than the original promised date. He said the mechanic who worked on his vehicle did a good job but he did not like the customer service. He went to this business because he bought his vehicle at the related dealership and he was disappointed. He said this business needs to have better customer service with their front line employees who talk to the customers and he would have liked if the business did a better job with the paint work performed on his vehicle. For these reasons, he won't recommend this business.
