Cedric said that he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the radar on the front of his vehicle that is for his cruise control wasn't working and the business sent it to the dealership to have it repaired because they didn't have any idea how to fix it. He stated that it still isn't working properly and it isn't adjusted right. Cedric added that his vehicle wasn't ready when promised because they still hadn't finished replacing the window or washing the vehicle so they kept the vehicle another week and a half. He stated that the business didn't keep him informed and he had to call for any updates. He said that he wasn't satisfied with the communication because they didn't give him updates on his vehicle. He noted that he wouldn't recommend this business to others. He didn't elaborate.
